07. 1. Since both the ABLAPLs relate to the same
FIR, they are heard together on the consent of the
parties and are being disposed of by this common
order.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with C.T. Case No.2669 of 2024 pending
on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda, arising
out of Jharsuguda P.S. Case No.607 of 2024 for
commission of offences punishable under Sections
406/467/468/471/420/506/34 of IPC.
