1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the instant petition
is not maintainable under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, as
the relief sought by the petitioner pertains to issuance of a writ of
certiorari for quashing the order dated 05.12.2023 passed by the
Additional Commissioner, Anantnag.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall assist the Court on the issue
of maintainability of the present petition on the next date of hearing.

3. List on 18.09.2025.

4. In the meantime, interim directions, if any, subsisting as on date,
shall continue till the next date of hearing before the Bench.
