Order No. 1. This CRLMC has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the

proceedings in Spl. G.R. Case No.50 of 2023 in the file of the learned
Special Court under POCSO Act, Sambalpur.
2. It appears that the case under Sections 341, 354, 354-A, 354-D
of IPC read with Sections 8 and 12 of POCSO Act/67(A) IT Act has
been registered against the petitioner on the information of the victim,
who is a minor, aged about 16 years.
3. By order dated 15.4.2025, the statement of the victim recorded
under Section 164 Cr.P.C. along with the case diary had been called for
by this Court and are produced by the learned State Counsel.
4. Perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161
Cr.P.C. as well as her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C.

The victim has given statement in Hindi which has been recorded in
Oriya.
5. After perusal of the FIR and her statements, I find no reasons to
quash the impugned order framing charge under Sections 341, 354,
354-A, 354-D of IPC read with Sections 8 and 12 of POCSO
Act/67(A) IT Act against the petitioner or the further proceedings in
Spl. G.R. Case No.50 of 2023 in the file of the learned Special Court
under POCSO Act, Sambalpur.
6. The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed.
