Leave granted.
Considering the period of incarceration suffered by the
appellant, Arvindbhai Kamabhai Rathod, and the fact that Bhikhabhai
Narayanbhai Parmar, who stands identically situated to the
appellant, has already been granted bail, we are of the opinion
that the appellant would be entitled to the same relief.
The appellant is, accordingly, directed to be released on
bail in connection with C.R./First Information Report (FIR) No.
11190005240203/2024 dated 25.05.2024, registered with Police
Station – Paliyad, Botad, District – Bhavnagar, Gujarat, for the
offence(s) punishable under Sections 302, 307, 325, 323, 364, 450,
452, 504 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on such
appropriate terms and conditions as may be fixed by the trial
Court.
