1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of
the Constitution of India against the order dated 03.10.2019
(Annexure – P/1) passed by the respondent No. 2 by which the
respondent No. 5 has been appointed as Member Judge of
Industrial Court Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.).
2. The instant writ petition become infructuous by efflux of time as the
respondent No. 5 against whom the petitioner has filed this writ
petition is retired from services.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become
infructuous.
