1. Heard on application (No.624/2024) for condonation of delay
in filing the restoration application.

2. Taking into consideration the cause shown in the application,
we are inclined to condone the delay in filing the restoration
application. Delay is, accordingly, condoned.
3. Application for condonation of delay is allowed.
4. Heard on prayer for restoration of the appeal.
5. Taking into consideration the cause shown in the restoration
application, we are inclined to allow the prayer for restoration.
6. Accordingly, restoration application is allowed. D.B. Civil
Special Appeal (Writ) No.1299/2022 is restored to its original
number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- by the applicant
to be deposited with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority,
Jaipur within a period of one month.
