01. Petitioner through the medium of instant petition has
called-in-question the order dated 06.10.2023, pursuant to which, charge under
Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC has been framed against the petitioner by the
Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, R.S. Pura, Jammu. The aforesaid
order has been called-in-question by the petitioner after a period of 1 ½ years
and, accordingly, an objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the
respondents with regard to maintainability of the instant petition.

02. With a view to proceed further in the matter, learned counsel for the
petitioner is directed to satisfy this Court on the next date of hearing with regard
to maintainability of the instant petition.

03. List again on 28.04.2025.
