1. The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has
been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of supplementary
charge-sheet in FIR No.214/2021, for the offences punishable under
Sections 452/323/341/506/59/420/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 (“IPC
hereinafter), registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Rohini, Delhi.
