1. By way of this petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.,
the petitioner has prayed following reliefs :
“(A) YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to admit and
allow this petition.
(B) YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to quash and set
aside the complaint being Criminal Case No. 1764 of
2007 lodged in the court of Ld. Judicial Magistrate First
Class at Khmabhadiya, District: Jamnagar, in the
interest of justice;
(C) Pending admission, hearing and final disposal of
this petition, YOUR LORDSHIPS be pleased to stay the
further proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1764 of 2007
lodged in the court of Ld. Judicial Magistrate First
Class at Khmabhadiya, District: Jamnagar, in the
interest of justice;”
