1. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By way of these Transfer Petitions, the petitioner-
wife seeks transfer of the petitions filed by the
respondent-husband for custody of minor child and
restitution of conjugal rights, being C.M.A. No.1788 of
Reason: 2024 & C.M.A. No.206/2023/C respectively, titled “Ravindra
Dasharatha Chari vs. Ashwini Ravindra Chari”, pending
before the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior
Divsion), Mapusa (Goa) to the Court having appropriate
jurisdiction at Honnavar, Karnataka.
