1. The present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (erstwhile Section 439 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks grant of bail in proceedings arising from
FIR No. 54/2024 for offences under Sections 392/394/398/34 of the Indian
Penal Code, 18603 read with Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959,4 registered
at Police Station Mansarovar Park, Shahdara. Subsequently, chargesheet was
filed in which the Applicant has been charged with offences under Sections
398/395/397/412/120B/34 of the IPC.
