transfer of the case titled “Union Territory of J&K
through Police Station, Bahu Fort, Jammu V/s Razak
Hussain and others”, arising out of FIR No. 0351/2021
under Sections 354/342/498/498-A/504/506/201/376-D
of IPC bearing CNR No. JKSB010000192025, pending in
the Court of Learned Additional District and Sessions
Judge, Samba, to the Court of Learned Fast Track Court,
Jammu.

2. Issue notice to respondents, returnable within four weeks.

3. Requisite steps for service be taken within a week’s time.

4. List again on 11.03.2025.
