About the Internship
T&S LAW is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented individual with a passion for the Capital Market. The ideal candidate should be a stickler for perfection, able to follow the Companies Act, 2013, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field.
Eligibility
(i) 5th-year law students and graduated law students (Note: For students in the 4th year or below, a separate internship policy applies, so please do not apply for this opportunity).
(ii) Strong legal research and drafting skills.
(iii) Interest in Capital Market.
(iv) Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
(v) Quick grasp of knowledge with practical implementation skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
(i) Conduct CIBIL and promoter watchout, legal research, and drafting.
(ii) Assist with IPR due diligence and investment chapters.
(iii) Handle legalities related to the appointment of directors and other requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
