T&S LAW is looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, stickler for perfection, who can follow the Companies Act 2013 and is a passionate individual eager to gain practical experience in the Capital Market.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting CIBIL & Promoter watchout, legal research, and drafting
- Assisting with IPR Due Diligence, Investment Chapters
- Legalities of Appointment of Directors and other legalities as per the Companies Act 2013
Eligibility Criteria
- 5th-year law student and Graduated Law students (for students in the 4th year or below, we have a separate Internship policy so please do not apply here)
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Interest in the Capital Market
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Quick Grasper of Knowledge with practical implementation
- Preference may be given to students who have interned with firms dealing In capital market and SEBI regulations.
