About the Opportunity
Vaish Associates Advocates is seeking a qualified legal professional with 2–3 years of PQE, primarily in transaction advisory and general corporate law.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong legal acumen, hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and demonstrate a proactive approach in supporting senior team members.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Transactional Work:
- Drafting, reviewing, and assisting seniors with negotiating transactional documents.
- Practical experience is essential.
- Advisory & Opinions:
- Drafting legal opinions on matters relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, FCRA, and SEBI regulations.
- Due Diligence:
- Managing legal due diligence exercises, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Client Management:
- Independently handling client interactions ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- General Corporate Advisory:
- Drafting and vetting a variety of commercial and operational agreements.
- Regulatory Knowledge:
- Strong command over corporate and regulatory frameworks, including practical application of corporate laws.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a reputed institution
- Preferred: Company Secretary (with ICSI Membership)
