About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a committed legal professional with at least 3 years of experience in general corporate law to join our team in Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in general corporate transactions and advisory
- Qualification: LL.B. + Company Secretary (CS)
- Strong drafting, compliance, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in corporate structuring, secretarial matters, and regulatory filings
- Ability to work independently and manage client communications effectively
- Prior law firm experience is preferred
