About the Opportunity
SkillLabs has opened up applications for the position of an Associate – Litigation to work with them at their office in Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities
- SARFAESI – Issuance of Loan Recall Notice, Demand Notice, Possession Notice (issuance & publication), filing of Section 14 Applications, defending Securitisation Applications filed by borrowers/third parties u/s 17, assisting in physical possession of properties, etc.
- Arrange for speedy disposal of repossessed properties /ensuring OTS with the Borrowers,
- Vetting of Loan Recall notices (across LOBs),
- Filing of Executions Petition before the concerned local Courts,
- Execution of (i) Court Notices through process server, (ii) Warrants of attachment through Court Bailiff, (iii) Warrant of Arrest through local Police, etc.
- Attachment of the borrower’s Bank Account and attachment of immovable properties through the Execution process,
- Arrange for the execution of BWs/NBWs issued in Sec. 138 NI Act matters,
- Attending Lok Adalats at the local level,
- Maintaining Legal MISs and ensuring to share Legal MIS with various stakeholders,
- Procurement of documents from other departments, maintaining Legal Tracker for all in-hand tasks, liaising with external counsels/law firms and other authorities, etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good proficiency in Data handling,
- Good communication skills
- Time management
- Conflict resolution
- Education: LL.B.
- Experience: Upto 3 Years’ exp in handling Litigations
