1. The petitioner challenges the declaration of NPA by the bank. It
appears from the submission made by the petitioner that a similar
issue is pending consideration before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner has placed before this Court order
dated 25th July, 2025 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in
Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).15829/2025 in the
matter of Atibir Industries Co. Ltd. Vs. Punjab National Bank
wherein the Court directed the petitioner to depute its authorized
representative to meet the Branch Manager along with the OTS offer
and explain its proposed commitment to discharge the loan liability.
