1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record.
2. This application under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for the following main relief:-
“That in view of the facts and circumstances stated herein above, it would be expedient in the interest of justice that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the notice dated 04.04.2025, so issued against the petitioner by the opposite parties, in the interest of justice and fair play.”
3. It is stated that on account of apprehension that the applicant may cause breach of peace, a report was submitted by the S.H.O., Police Station – Qaiserbagh, District – Lucknow in the light of provisions indicated under Section 126/135 of BNSS.
