01. By this petition, petitioners are seeking direction upon the Court

of Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam to decide the bail

application titled Ayash Aziz Haroo and Anr. Vs. UT of J&K

through SHO P/S Yaripora, File No. 422/M, instituted on

09.08.2024.

02. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proceedings

have been completed, however, the arguments have not been

heard by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam, till date.

The bail application is pending from more than one year, as

such, he seeks expeditious disposal of the said bail application

in light of the Judgments referred to and relied upon by him

delivered by the Hon’ble Apex Court in case titled as Hussain

and Anr. Vs. Union of India AIR 2017 SC 1362 and Vedpal

Singh Tanwar Vs. Directorate of Enforcement decided on

Mohammad Yaseen Dar

03. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners

would feel satisfied, if the instant petition is disposed of with a

direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam to

decide the bail application supra within a reasonable period of

time.

04. In view of above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam to

consider and decide the bail application of the petitioners titled

as Ayash Aziz Haroo and Anr. Vs. UT of J&K through SHO

P/S Yaripora, File No. 422/M, instituted on 09.08.2024,

expeditiously within a period of one month from the date of

passing of this order.

05. Disposed of along with connected CM(s).
