This Matrimonial Appeal having come up for orders on 03.03.2025, the
Court on the same day passed the following:
ORDER
The learned counsel for the respondent submits that, in spite of the
order dated 10.10.2022, no security has been furnished by the appellants.
We, therefore, clarify that if the security has not been furnished
as ordered by this Court within the time frame fixed, the interim order
will not be in force. However, on the contrary, if such security has been
furnished, then the order will stand extended until the next posting date.
Post on 03.04.2025.
