4. The applicant was granted bail in FIR
No.0468 of 2023, Police Station Ranipur,
District-Haridwar on 21.05.2025, but due
to some typographical mistake, some more
penal provisions i.e. Section 3 (Ka)/4 (2),
5(tha)/6, 13/14 of the POCSO Act, 2013,
could not be transcribed in the order dated
21.05.2025. Now, Correction Application,
MCRC No.1 of 2025, has been moved for
correcting order dated 21.05.2025.
The Correction Application (MCRC No.1
of 2025) is allowed.
Let correction be carried out in the
order dated 21.05.2025, which is as follows:-
(i) In Paragraph No.3, Section 3
(Ka)/4(2), 5(tha)/6, 13/14 of the
POCSO Act, 2013 be added.
5. This order shall also be treated as part
of the order dated 21.05.2025.
