The applicant was in judicial custody
in Case Crime No. 173 of 2023, under
Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471,
120B IPC, Police Station Kotdwar, District
Pauri Garhwal. She was granted short
term bail on the ground of illness.
Now a Time Extension Application
No. 6 of 2025 has been filed.
Learned counsel for the applicant
would submit that some more time is
needed to the applicant to recover from
the infection for which she is under
treatment.
Purely on humanitarian ground, the
short term bail granted to the applicant is
extended for another two weeks.
Thereafter, the applicant shall surrender
to custody.
Time extension application stands
disposed of accordingly.
