The applicant was in judicial custody in
FIR No. 649 of 2012, under Sections 147, 148,
149, 307, 302, 120B, 34 and 174A IPC, Police
Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh
Nagar. He has sought short term bail on the
ground of his illness, which was granted on
11.12.2024.
Now a Time Extension Application No. 2
of 2025 has been filed.
Learned counsel for the applicant would
submit that the applicant has Haemorrhoids
Grade III. He is suffering with tuberculosis
and jaundice, when he came out from the
prison. On 20.02.2025, the doctor has
examined him, he prescribed and suggested
for surgery after 15 days.
Purely on humanitarian ground, the
short term bail granted to the applicant is
extended for another six weeks. Thereafter,
the applicant shall surrender to custody.
Time extension application stands
disposed of accordingly.
A copy of this order be sent to the
concerned court and concerned Jail today
itself.
Let a copy of this order be supplied to
learned counsel for the parties today itself, on
payment of usual charges.[
