This suit was filed by the plaintiff against the
defendant on 17.08.2015 for a declaration that, the
plaintiff is the sole and absolute owner of the suit
schedule property and for direction to the defendant to
deliver vacant possession of the suit schedule property
and for permanent injunction.

be hereinafter referred to as the suit schedule
property;

Kunte, Jeevanahalli, presently Rose Garden, Achappa Garden, Park
Road, Cox Town, Bengaluru, measuring 0-04 guntas in total consisting
of a built up area measuring east to west 50′ 6″ and north to south 14′
6″, bounded on
East by – Vacant land,
West by – Slub,
North by – Road,
South by – Vacant land in Sy.No.160 & 162.
