01. 1. Mr. Bijaya Kumar Ragad, learned counsel submits
that he has entered appearance on behalf of the
Informant by filing Vakalatnama. The same is taken on
record. Name of Mr. Ragad be reflected in the file as well
as in the cause list.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned
counsel for the State and learned counsel for the
Informant.
3. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with G.R. Case No.999 of 2024 pending on the
file of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote, arising out of Khallikote
P.S. Case No.414 of 2024 for commission of offence
punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 324,
326, 302 and 149 of I.P.C., read with Section 25(1)(a)
and 27(1) of Arms Act.
