                          The learned counsel for the petitioners submits
                  that the petitioners herein are arraigned as accused
                  Nos.1 to 4 in C.C.No.2568 of 2022 on the file of I
                  Additional Judicial Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court,
                  Visakhapatnam, for the alleged offence under Section
                  498-A, 506, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and
                  Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
                          It is submitted that the 1st petitioner is the
                  husband of the 2nd respondent, 2nd petitioner is the

mother of the A1 and 3rd petitioner is the sister of the
A1 and the 4th petitioner is the husband of the 3rd
petitioner.

It is further submitted that though 2nd to 4th
petitioners herein cannot be directly attributed any
offences as alleged. It is only for working out
vengeance against the 2nd, 3rd and 4th petitioners; they
have been arraigned as accused and the husband of
the 2nd respondent and other petitioners. It is submitted
that the 2nd respondent and 1st petitioner are living
separately after their marriage. Learned counsel for
the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner is the
resident of Australia.

Considering the same, there shall be a stay on
the appearance of the petitioners in C.C.No.2568 of
2022 on the file of I Additional Judicial Chief
Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Visakhapatnam, except
for the dates on which their presence is required for
the purpose of trial.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is
permitted to take out personal notice on the 2nd
respondent by RPAD and file proof of service in the
Registry.

Post the matter on 30.06.2025.
