Her experience includes litigation practitioner in the High Court of Madras and holding various roles in organisations like Malladi Group of Companies, Thomson Consumer Electronics (Subsidiary of Thomson SA France – Now Technicolor), Star TV Group Subsidiary – Vijay Television, Lenovo and TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited.
She is a professional associate of ICSI and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law & Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Madras.
Her area of expertise includes practicing and demonstrating abilities in all legal aspects of wholesale and retail distribution systems and business operations within the IT and consumer electronics industries. Her key focus areas include Board governance, high-stake contract negotiations, secretarial / LODR compliances, business risk assessment and mitigation, employment law, complex litigation, regulatory and business compliance requirements and manufacturing support.
