1. The present petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal
Procedure, 19731 is directed against order dated 12th April, 2012 passed by
the Sessions Court in Crl. Rev. No. 217/2/11. By the said order, the Sessions
Court dismissed the revision preferred by the Petitioner against order dated
19th October, 2011, wherein the Trial Court had framed charges against her
under Sections 417/465/467/471/474 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.2
2. Briefly stated, the case of the Petitioner, as set out in the petition, is as
follows:
