1. Heard learned counsel for the
parties.
2. The petitioner is seeking pre-
arrest bail in connection with FIR
No.208 of 2022 dated 08.11.2022 under
Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 341, 323,
324, 354B, 379, 504, 506 of the IPC
registered at Police Station Kundwa
Chainpur, Sub-Division Sikrahana, East
Champaran, Bihar.
3. The Court while entertaining the
petition has protected the interest of
the petitioner by directing that no
coercive action shall be taken against
him pursuant to the aforesaid FIR.
4. The FIR is of the year 2022, the
investigation has been completed and
the charge sheet has also been filed.
But it is not clear, if the charges
have been framed and the trial has
commenced.
