1. The present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
2023, requests issuance of an appropriate writ to the Respondent to consider,
and expeditiously dispose of, the Petitioner’s application for parole dated 7th
April, 2025 in accordance with law.
2. The Petitioner is a convict in both FIR No. 261/2004, registered under
Sections 302, 307, 365, 387 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18601 at P.S.
Tilak Nagar as well as FIR No. 397/2004, registered under Sections 302,
307 and 34 of IPC at P.S. Shalimar Bagh.
