Leave granted.

Keeping in view the length of incarceration already suffered

by the appellant, Balram Goswami, and as the trial may not conclude

in the near future, we deem it appropriate to grant relief to him.

The appellant, Balram Goswami, would be entitled to grant of bail

at this stage.

We, accordingly, direct that the appellant, Balram Goswami,

shall be released on bail in connection with the chargesheet

arising out of Crime/First Information Report No. 12/2019 dated

19.01.2019 registered with Police Station Basai, District – Datiya,

Madhya Pradesh, for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 147,

fixed by the trial Court.

The appeal is allowed in terms of the signed order.
