The petition coming on for hearing, upon Perusing the Petition and
memorandum of grounds of criminal petition and upon hearing the arguments Of 6;
sri Nalluri Ramesh Babu, Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor for
the Respondent;
The Court made the following order:
The petitioner, who is Accused No.7 in Crime No.381 of 2023 of Ongole
I Town Police Station, Prakasam District, filed the present application under
Section 482 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking pre-arrest
bail.
2. The said crime was registered for the offences under sections
420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 IPC.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the Joint Sub_Registrar,
Ongole, lodged a report alleging that the accused and others created forged
documents and submitted in RegistrarJs office for the purpose of registration
as that of genuine documents and also they forged the signatures of the
revenue officials and health officer for the purpose of creating documents and
also created fake family members certificate and death certificate. Based On
the said report, cases have been registered against the petitioner ancl others.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the
petitioner/A.7 was granted Anticipatory Bail in other 35 cases by this court, by
way oT-a common Order, dated 13.04.2025 in Crl.P.No.3806 of 2025 & batch.

5. ln view of the above facts and circumstances, this court is also
_`--`~
inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
i) In the event of arrest of the petitioner/A.7 wlth re#ard tO these
crimes, he shall be released on bail on his executing a personal
bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each
with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the
Station House Officer, Ongole I Town Police Station.
ii) After such release, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the
Investigating Officer.
iii) The petitioner shall appear before the Said Station House Officer

the charge-sheet, except on those days, where he has to attend
the Court.
6. Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand
closed.
