Both parties have filed joint memo. Petitioner
is present. On perusal of the joint memo, it is
seen that parties have settled the matter for a
sum of Rs.40,000/- and affixed their signatures on
the memo. The petitioner has admitted that she/he
has settle the matter for the above said sum.
Hence joint memo is accepted. Petition is
allowed in terms of joint memo filed by the
parties.
First respondent is directed to deposit the
award amount within One month.
Petitioner is directed to furnish Bank/NEFT
details in the office.
On deposit, entire amount shall be released in
the name of the petitioner through E-payment and
as per rules.
Office is directed to draw an award
accordingly.
The joint memo is kept in file as part and
parcel of the record.
