Best for individual is not necessarily best for society

based on the above statement and sociological school of jurisprudence A society from by individuals. when a group of people get togeather then a society create. society evolve day by day by individuals.

in ancient history when there was no monetory system people used to perform barter system and fulfill there needs,then they introduced a process though which they can buy their needs in exchange of money ,at that time barter sysytem was individuals needs and good for society.

but sometime statement –

“best for individual is not necessarily best for society” is true.so that a theory was introduced by savigry known as-“volkgeist” they it means “common” will of people a law made according to common will of people that may be best for individual but may not be for society,because society is dynamic in nature it change time to time according to iteeds of people, it also goof for society to change according to people but not always. some time society change due to people interest directly or indirectly and it effect badly to society,

“puchta” made a statement that-

“in society there is always conflict between general will and self interest” we always face the problem of collectiveness and individualism,”individualism is good for individual but alway not for society.

eg-if an individual involve in corrupation that individual will get finacially strong but it effect badly to the financial sysytem.so a sttaement given by hobhers that:-

“man are selfish by nature” 

it is nature in some extend,because in reality man are selfish by nature they perform such at which are good for them as an individual but harmful to the others and society.
