Status report has been filed which shows that
the warrant of arrest was issued for 24.01.2025 against the
convict, but the same was not executed and thereafter
fresh warrant of arrest was also issued, returnable for
today. In view of the status report filed by learned Trial
Court, the fresh status report be filed on 10.03.2025.
The State will ensure the execution of the
warrants before the next of hearing.
