This application is taken out by the learned Special Officers challenging

the notice issued by the Income Tax authority dated 12.06.2023 upon the

learned Special Officers under Section 136(6) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

The affidavits of this application are already exchanged. As hearing of the

matter could not be concluded, let this matter stand adjourned till 12 th August,

2025.

Considering the nature of the case, this Court is of the view that as this

notice is issued upon the Special Officers who are appointed by this Court,

some interim protection should be given to the learned Special Officers as

because the Court is hearing this matter. It is clarified that this notice shall

not be given further effect to without leave of this Court for a period of four

weeks.
