Instant revision petition has been filed by the
petitioner/complainant against judgment and order dated
13.11.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge,
Sardarshahar, District Churu, in Cr. Appeal No.30/2023 whereby,
the learned appellate court partly allowed the appeal and modified
the judgment and order dated 03.08.2023 passed by learned
Judicial Magistrate, Sardarshahar, District Churu in Criminal
Original Case No.370/2016 and convicted the respondents No.2 to
5 for offence under Section 341, 323/34, 427/34 IPC and
[2025:RJ-JD:32107] (2 of 4) [CRLR-1645/2024]
extended them the benefit of probation under Section 4(1) of
Probation of Offenders Act. The appellate court also imposed fine
of Rs.2,500/- upon each of the respondents No.2 to 5 under
Section 5(1)(a) of the Act, which was ordered to be disbursed to
the complainant Bhanwar Singh.
