1. Heard Shri Praveen Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State, Shri Dewansh Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and perused the material on record.
2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed for quashing the proceedings arising out of Case Crime No. 0222 of 2016 (State of U.P. Vs. Bharat Singh @ Bharati and others) under Sections 147, 148, 452, 323, 324, 506 I.P.C. Police Station- Chhata, District Mathura, pending before learned Additional Civil Judge Junior Division (JM), District Mathura as well as to quash the order dated 10.12.2024 passed in the aforesaid case.
3. While earlier order of this Court dated 06.01.2025 the matter was referred to the trial court for verification of the compromise entered into between the parties pursuant to which a report dated 06.02.2025 has been submitted before this Court by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Judicial Magistrate Chhata, District- Mathura verifying the compromise entered into between the parties. Copy of which report is on record.
