1. The instant bail application under Section 483 read with Section 528
of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (earlier under Section 439
of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the
petitioner/applicant seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No. 555/2024
registered at Police Station Badarpur for the offence punishable under
Sections 20/29/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic
Substances Act, 1985.
