1. The applicant is a co-accused and undertrial in criminal proceedings
arising out of the FIR No. 03/2024 for alleged offences attracting Sections
406/420/120B of IPC registered at Police Station Special Cell (Delhi).
However, subsequently, the co-accused were also charged under additional
sections 467/468/471 IPC along with Section 66C of the Information
Technology Act, 2000. He seeks bail from this court having remained under
incarceration for more than a year and four months since the day of his
arrest, i.e. 17.03.2024.
