Order No.

01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.

2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with C.T. Case No.753 of 2021 pending on
the file of learned J.M.F.C., Soro arising out of Soro
P.S. Case No.356 of 2021 for commission of offences
punishable under Sections 341/ 353/ 186/ 336/ 294/
307/ 379/ 427/ 506/ 34 of IPC.

3. This Court by order dated 23.08.2022 in
ABLAPL No.13110 of 2021 directed the Petitioners to
be released on bail.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Petitioners that because of supervening

circumstances, they could not surrender and the I.A.
for extension has been rejected. Hence, the present
application.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the
prayer.

5. Taking into account the nature of allegation as
borne out from the recitals in the FIR and the earlier
order passed by this Court, it is directed that on
surrendering within three weeks hence and moving
for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by
the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed
just and proper subject to verification of criminal
antecedent of any nature.

6. If it comes to the fore that the Petitioners
have criminal antecedent of any nature, this order
shall not be given effect to.

7. Before releasing the learned Court shall verify
as to whether order of this Court has been assailed
before the Apex Court and if so, the result thereof.

8. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall
cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

9. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

10. U.C.C. as per rules.
