1. The matter is listed before the National Lok Adalat.

The present appeal has been preferred by the appellants against the Judgement/award dated 25.07.2016 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ Additional District and Session Judge, Court No.9, Kanpur Nagar in M.A.C.P. No. 604 of 2014 (Brij Mohan Singh and another Vs. Mohd. Aftab Khan and another).
