1. Heard Mr. S. Nagamuthu, learned senior counsel for
the petitioners and Dr. S. Murlidhar, learned senior
counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. A suit for declaration followed by relief for
injunction was filed. In that suit, an application under
Order VII Rule 11, C.P.C. was moved by the defendants
which was rejected by the trial Court. The defendants
therefore went in revision before the High Court, wherein,
the application under Order VII Rule 11 C.P.C. has been
allowed and the suit has been dismissed as barred by
limitation as also barred by Order II Rule 2 C.P.C.
