2. Mr. Ankur Sharma, Advocate for the
respondent.
3. This transfer application has been filed by
the wife seeking transfer of proceedings of
Original Suit No. 11 of 2023, pending before
Family Court, Vikas Nagar to Family Court,
Dehradun. The said suit is filed by respondent
under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act.
4. It is contended that applicant is serving as
Senior Assistant in Forest Department at
Dehradun and she also has to look after her
minor son, who is about three years, therefore, it
is not possible for her to visit Vikasnagar on
each and every date of hearing.
5. Mr. Ankur Sharma, learned counsel for
the respondent, on instructions, submits that his
client has no objection to the prayer for transfer
made by the applicant. He submits that the case
can be transferred from Vikasnagar to
Dehradun, however, transferee Court may be
directed to expedite hearing of the suit.

6. In view of the concession made on behalf
of the respondent, Transfer Application is
allowed. Proceedings of Original Suit No. 11 of
2023, pending before Family Court Vikasnagar
is transferred to Family Court at Dehradun. The
record of the case shall be transferred to the
transferee Court, within three weeks. Transferee
Court is requested to make endeavour to decide
the suit, within six months. Unnecessary
adjournment to the parties should be avoided.
7. Registry shall communicate this order to
both the Courts, electronically by 01.07.2025.
