Chauhan alias Monu and Another” for the offence punishable
under Sections 504 and 506 IPC and under Section 3(1) (X)
of The Scheduled Castes and The Scheduled Tribes
(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, pending before the
Court of learned Special Sessions Judge, Udham Singh
Nagar (Rudrapur), District Udham Singh Nagar.
