2. By means of the present C528 application, applicant has
put to challenge the summoning and cognizance order dated
01.08.2024, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Ramnagar in Criminal Complaint Case No.152 of
2024, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act,
1881, in Firm Garg Electricals vs. Firm Ekaant Corbett Krayi
& others, pending along with entire proceedings of the aforesaid
criminal complaint case.
