3. This petition is filed for quashing of charge-
sheet no.27/24 dated 06.04.2024, summoning order
dated 9.7.2024 and the entire proceedings of
Criminal Case No.2129 of 2024 under Sections
313, 323, 376(2)(n), 504 and 506 of IPC pending
in the Court of Judicial Magistrate-I, Haldwani,
District Nainital.
