Submission Guidelines

  • Co-authorship is permitted for up to two (2) authors.
  • Any form of plagiarism will result in disqualification from publication.
  • The use of AI is strictly prohibited. However, if AI is used for paraphrasing, the AI- generated content must not exceed 15% of the total work.
  • Submissions with novel analysis of contemporary legal developments are encouraged.
  • Submissions should avoid offensive, abusive, derogatory, or potentially defamatory content.
  • Submissions must range between 1,200 and 1,500 words.

Formatting

  • Title: Garamond, size 14, Small Caps, underlined, bold.
  • Headings 2 & 3: Garamond, size 12, Small Caps, bold.
  • Body Text: Garamond, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing, justified.
  • Use hyperlinks for references and endnotes (Times New Roman, Font Size 10, Single Spacing) if hyperlinks are not possible.
  • Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format (‘.doc’ or ‘.docx’).
  • Name the document as “author’s name_FL Blog”.

  • All submissions must be emailed to fashionlawipblog@gmail.com. Submissions through other channels will not be considered.
  • Mention your current college/university name and academic year in the mail.
  • The review process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
