The Legal Journal on Technology, an initiative spearheaded by law students from various esteemed law schools, is an interdisciplinary publication dedicated to fostering discourse and expanding the body of literature at the intersection of law and technology.
In response to the dynamic needs and intense competition of the global market, groundbreaking innovations and developments continuously emerge, necessitating a concurrent evolution in legal frameworks. This journal aims to bridge the gap between rapid technological advancements and the corresponding legal standards, ensuring that the law evolves to address and regulate the complexities of the modern technological landscape.
The journal aims to elucidate scientific and technological advancements within the legal sphere, encompassing areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, cybercrime, and beyond. While these domains represent core focuses, the journal’s scope is not confined to these subjects.

- Creating engaging podcast snippets
- Designing brochures and mailing content
- Managing our outreach and social media presence
Events Team
- Organizing and managing events including moot court competitions, article writing competitions, and panel discussions
Research and Policy Tank
- Engaging in in-depth legal research
- Drafting and publishing policy papers and legislative response notes
Journal/Blog Team
- Reviewing and editing manuscripts
- Offering publication opportunities for commentaries, notes, and articles
Podcast Team
- Assisting with the production of our featured podcast series
- We have had the privilege of hosting esteemed personalities such as Sumeet Malik (Chairman, SCC Online), Sanjoy Ghose (Senior Advocate), and Angshumaan Kaushik (Former Judge). More engaging conversations are in the pipeline.

Interview Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by our faculty advisor, the Chief Editor, and members of the editorial board.
- Questions will relate to the applicant’s CV and hypothetical scenarios to assess their judgment and editorial aptitude.
- Interview details will be communicated within a day of selection.
